“Sunburn” by Dominic Fike is an album of experimentation amongst ones self. This project follows the creation of a conceptual visual treatment to an already existing album, through my own creative lens influenced by sound. Deliverables include the front/back of a 12” vinyl cover, double sided LP, and 12-page lyric booklet.

Creative decisions were driven by the album's sonics, with a summery energy and recurring theme of a sunburn. The color choices and hand-drawn kinetic lettering reflect the imagery and summer vibes. The 12-page booklet serves as a multi-purpose tool, featuring lyrics, photos, and song-representative doodles. Its clean layout offers a contrast to the bold vinyl cover. Through packaging and print design, a fresh and edgy look was created, showcasing my interests and style as a designer.
