Music Makes You Feel Better

Transmedia Campaign | Print, Digital, Sound

“Music Makes You Feel Better” is a conceptual transmedia mental health awareness campaign in partnership with Spotify. The aim of the campaign is to promote the positive benefits of music on mental health, by providing uplifting playlists which have been scientifically designed to boost dopamine levels in the brain. The project follows 3 A1 Print designs, social media tiles, and a curated Spotify playlist.

I created this conceptual campaign with Spotify to promote mental health awareness because it's close to my heart. I personally struggle with mental health issues and find solace in music. Through this campaign, my goal is to increase awareness and offer a comfortable space for support and action to those facing similar challenges.

I based my creative choices for this campaign on my drawing style and the creation of the Heart and Brain characters. It was my first time making characters, and I really enjoyed it as an illustrator. The design style guide for this project focuses on an organic and artistic approach, through the lens of a compassionate and empathetic understanding of mental health.
